MS / TELE Step Down From ICU
No vents or pressor support drips we can take: heparin, cardizem, amiodarone sotolol initiation telemetry. Need ER holding experience. Must have 1 year of EPIC experience. Floating within the hospital is required based on skill set. Must have TN active license and BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certificates.
