Registered Nurse Clarks Summit

Responsibilities:

·Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

·Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.

·Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, symptom/pain control, and patient/family education.

·Deliver emotional support and education to patients and caregivers based on individual needs.

·Supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides while coordinating care activities and documentation.

·Respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions/on-call, and adjust plans based on ongoing monitoring.

·Ensure accurate, compliant clinical records and high-quality, compassionate care delivery.
