Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services in the Neuro ICU to critically ill neurological patients. Ensure high-quality patient care through skilled assessment, intervention, and collaboration within a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assess neurological patients' condition and monitor vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatments.
• Administer medications and perform procedures such as EVD insertions, A-line insertions, and intubation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records and communicate effectively with team members.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, including intracranial pressure management and post-TPA or thrombectomy care.
