Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift contract in a Medical Surgical unit. The role requires adaptability to various shift lengths and departments, ensuring high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for Medical Surgical patients according to established protocols.
• Utilize electronic medical records and medical equipment such as Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Float to designated units as needed, including Laulima and Cardiovascular departments, ensuring seamless coverage.
• Adhere to professional dress code and department-specific procedures during all shifts.
