Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate patient care based on medical plans and protocols.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms, managing dysrhythmias as needed.
- Complete all required clinical modules and documentation prior to the start date.
- Attend staff meetings and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float within scope to similar units or facilities to meet operational needs.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies.
