Registered Nurse Med/Surg - Per Diem

Cottage Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of acute and rehabilitative conditions. This role supports 24/7 patient care and requires strong clinical judgment, organization, and teamwork.

In this position, you will assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes within your scope of practice. You will prioritize care for patients with complex needs, recognize and respond to changes in condition, and communicate effectively with providers and the interdisciplinary team.

The RN plays a key role in coordinating care, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring all aspects of patient care are completed accurately and on time.
