We’re looking for Registered Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team working in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. We are seeking nurses interested in working PM shift which is 14:00 -22:00pm.

As a Community Nurse you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care and medication administration as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family.
