**We’re looking for a** **Weekend On-Call RN Full Time**
**Friday** **5PM** **through** **Monday 8AM**
+ You’ll provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
+ You will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient.
+ You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team.
+ You’ll evaluate patient/family needs and care for each patient
+ You'll complete admissions and pronouncements
+ You’ll maintain all assigned patient clinical records
**About You**
**Experience - What you'll bring:**
* Current RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
