Job Description
Job Summary:
Provide specialized post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery or procedures. Ensure patient stability, monitor vital signs, and facilitate smooth transitions from anesthesia to recovery.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall condition during recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS protocols.
• Document patient progress, vital signs, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare team members regarding patient status.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing emergency protocols and equipment such as Ventilators, BiPap, and CPap.
• Support patient recovery, including managing ICU transfers and overnight stays when necessary.
