MHP is hiring a Registered Nurse to treat participants in an outpatient community-based setting and/or in the community who are experiencing mental distress or who have a mental health diagnosis. The Psychiatric Nurse coordinates the health care needs of persons with mental health diagnoses.
The position is located at located at 4950 Parkside Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 19131, with a part-time 20 hour schedule TBD - Targeted Case Management's hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with the opportunity to create a flexible schedule with manager's approval), and an exact hourly rate of $42.00/hour.
