Opportunity Description
Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more.
Principal Accountabilities:
+ Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient health care records and reports
+ Administer medications and treatments and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
+ Monitor, assess, document, and report symptoms or changes in patient condition
+ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
