Registered Nurse - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU

Job Details
This department (i.e. PACU) provides patient monitoring and care during the immediate post anesthesia period. Care may include primary as well as secondary recovery phases. In addition, PACU may provide patient care for over flow patients and specific procedures, such as therapeutic or diagnostic blocks for pain control, insertion of epidural or central catheters, or electroconvulsive therapy.In a bustling cosmopolitan area surrounded by nature, Adventist Health Portland has been one of the area's leading healthcare providers since the 1800s.
