The Registered Nurse (RN) participates in treatment planning as a member of an interdisciplinary team; provides assessment of patients' psychiatric and medical status; administers medication and medical treatment as prescribed by physician; assess, direct and intervene in crisis situations; provide and direct milieu management, and additional tasks as needed.
