Registered Nurse- Psychiatric

Our client is seeking a Trained Registered Psychiatric Enrolled Nurses for a professional, private facility based in Berea, Kwa-Zulu Natal. Must have psychiatric experience. Seeking the best team players to be part of this organisation.

Duties include the following, but not limited to

• Effective patient care with a sound knowledge of psychiatric conditions, treatment, medication and preventing risks.

• Accurate recording of all nursing related documentation daily.

• Daily nursing tasks, including but not limited to, monitoring clients at mealtimes, monitoring clients with eating disorders, monitoring clients with suicidal and self-harm potential.

• You will be expected to handle all admissions efficiently and professionally, ensuring new clients are made welcome, safe, and settled in with no delays.

• Undertake any other duties as delegated by the Nursing Manager
