Job Description:

The RN-Resource Pool Specialist I contributes to collaborative environments with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care, processes and outcomes. These caregivers have opportunity to leverage technology, participate in therapeutic intervention, and foster a spirit of clinical inquiry to improve care through evidence-based practice. This position is seen as a knowledge expert to improve patient care in varying nursing environments. Must be competent and maintain competency in two of the identified Resource Pool specialty groups.
