Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent ICU RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required (Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation)
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
• BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
