Shift Notes:
7A- 7:30P/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any

Submission Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 24 months ICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - (REQUIRED)
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - (REQUIRED)
• No hits on state license to practice - (REQUIRED) (DOCUMENT)
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - (REQUIRED)
• Candidate driver's license to verify residency - (REQUIRED)
• Travel experience - (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
