Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric healthcare team. The RN will play a key leadership role by supervising, supporting, and training our team of Medical Assistants. This position ensures the highest standard of patient care by promoting clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and mentor Medical Assistants in day-to-day clinical activities
+ Train new MAs on clinical procedures, vaccine administration, EMR documentation, and patient care protocols
+ Oversee and support MAs in patient triage, vitals, rooming, injections, specimen collection, and lab testing

+ Monitor and maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical safety standards
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of charting and documentation
