Care Team Role - Registered Nurse (Skilled Nursing)
Supervisor: Clinical Manager (DON)
Job Purpose:
A Registered Nurse provides nursing care/services in accordance with the patient's plan of care as directed by their primary care provider. The Registered Nurse supervises Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Home Health Aides per Medicare, Medicaid regulations, as well as state regulations, if any.
Qualifications:

• A graduate of an approved school of professional nursing who is licensed as a Registered Nurse by the state in which practicing.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.
