Unit Specializes in: 1 west is the designate stroke unit with 12 telemetry medical--beds. Occasional overflow of patients with diagnosis of AMS, Syncope, DM, seizure, stroke. RNs had been trained in EKG interpretation. RN ratios of 1:6 with acuity based assignments. EKG training and NIH certified
