Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Trauma Acute Care Surgery team. This role will be full-time, 3-12-hour nights (days vary); 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.; weekend & holiday rotations (1 major & 1 minor holiday + 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week period). Inova Fairfax Hospital's Trauma Acute Care Surgical Unit (TACSU) is the first of its kind at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus; a hybrid designed 6-bed Trauma Intermediate Care area and a combined 18-bed Trauma Telemetry & Trauma Medical/Surgical unit. The unit is equipped and capable to adapt to the volume and acuity of 3500 annual trauma patients received at the Inova Trauma Center; adjusting the appropriate level of care needs within the TACSU.
