Registered Nurse - Suicide Prevention Coordinator

Summary The Suicide Prevention Coordinator Registered Nurse is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting. The individual will assist in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation. Responsibilities Major duties include, but are not limited to: Utilizes core elements of performance including knowledge and active participation in unit/ service level quality improvement processes, such as the customer service program.
