Registered Nurse - Transition to Practice (TTP) Coordinator

Summary The Education & Learning Resources Service is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse Transition to Practice (RNTTP) Coordinator to join our team. The RNTTP Coordinator is a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (NPDP) who is an expert learning facilitator, a change agent, a mentor, a leader, a champion of scientific inquiry, a partner for practice transitions, and advocate for nursing professional development that will provide the healthcare system with high-quality, veteran-centered care. Responsibilities Duties include but not limited to: Assisting with the planning, delivery, and evaluation process of the TTP Program. Assisting the RN Transition to Practice Residency Program in achieving its mission, goals, and expected outcomes. Assisting with BSN/MSN student placements and LPN/RN Student Clinical Placement.
