Responsibilities

- Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
- Collect and handle blood specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control policies, and regulatory standards.
