About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Program Manager of Assistive Technology and under the direction of an appropriate, certified Clinician, the Registered Orthotic Technician provides technical expertise toward the evaluation, treatment planning, individualized design, custom fabrication, and maintenance of assistive devices, primarily orthoses, to enhance patient mobility and/or physical function. The Registered Technician works collaboratively with the inter‑professional health care team to provide optimal care and to assist the patient in achieving their orthotic goals.
