Provide essential nursing support as a Registered Practical Nurse in our long-term care home. Focus on patient assessment and implementation of individualized care plans to enhance resident well-being.
The full-time position requires you to ensure nursing care aligns with established standards, while you also monitor health status and make necessary referrals to physicians. Your role extends to organizing care-related activities and supervising nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes. You'll also be involved in training new personnel and conducting performance appraisals.
