Responsibilities
- Provide planned, patient‑oriented, goal‑directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards of care.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families and team through continuous communication.
- Implement and evaluate effectiveness of care plans and make changes as required.
- Complete and ensure accurate and up‑to‑date clinical assessments, care plans and documentation.
- Teach, delegate and direct unregulated care providers, providing coaching and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Current registration as Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province.
