Position Overview
The Registered Practical Nurse reports to the Director of Care and is expected to coordinate and oversee all aspects of resident‑focused delivery of care. Provide direct supervision, leadership, and education to other members of the healthcare team. Acts as a resource advocate for residents, families, and staff. Promotes the values, goals, and philosophy of the Home.
Compensation
Wage Rate: Starting wage rate is $27.67/hour, with special adjustments based on experience up to $29.67/hour.
