Location: New Westminster/Coquitlam Campus

Salary Range: $71,846.00 – $115,129.00 per annum (placement on faculty salary scale based on education, professional certification and experience, in accordance with the Collective Agreement).

What It Takes

As a probationary regular instructor in the Modern Languages Department, you will:

• Plan and teach lessons based on curriculum guidelines
• Prepare necessary teaching materials, quizzes, tests, exams, etc.
• Assess and evaluate student competencies
• Plan and provide activities and materials for conversation labs to be used by the lab assistant(s)
• Provide academic advice to learners
• Deliver quality learner‑centered instruction
• Hold regular office hours
• Maintain currency in the field through regular professional development
