Regulatory Affairs Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Product Registration & Regulatory Compliance : Prepare, compile, and submit product registration dossiers and regulatory documentation to relevant authorities (NPRA & FSQD).
2. Packaging Label Preparation & Review : Prepare & review product labels, packaging materials, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and avoid misleading or non-compliant claims.
3. Internal Regulatory Support : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, and Sourcing teams to provide regulatory guidance and support during product development, sourcing, commercialization, and customer projects.
4. Halal Application : Liaise with 3rd party manufacturer and JAKIM to facilitate on Halal applications and renewals.
5. Regulatory Document Maintenance : Maintain up-to-date records of all the regulatory submissions, approvals, licenses, certifications and related documentation. Monitor on the validity and initi...
