Regulatory Compliance Specialist

_We’re looking for a_ **_Regulatory Compliance Specialist_** _to join our Central Compliance team at MBPS. In this role, you are_ _responsible for supporting the Singapore Central Compliance and Assurance function in its oversight of the Regulatory Compliance Management Program, ensuring that effective regulatory controls and processes are in place to comply with the various regulatory requirements._

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Support the Singapore Local Compliance in conducting reviews in accordance with local regulations and internal policies/procedures.
+ Support the Singapore Local Compliance in the oversight and assessment of regulatory requirements, compliance issues and their business impact, alert them of risk areas, and recommend action to mitigate possible regulatory and reputation consequences.
