Job DescriptionMAIN PURPOSE
The Regulatory Conformance Specialist (RCS) acts as an Operational Compliance Specialist for the Stores/Call Centre channel and is accountable as a Key Individual (KI) for ensuring compliance with all regulations for the Stores/Call Centre. The RCS participates in the KI framework/forum and other WFS forums to ensure that Compliance requirements are implemented successfully.
