Regulatory Executive (Temp support 6 months)

Summary: A hands‑on regulatory professional who supports global compliance for fragrance products with a strong focus on ingredient screening checks, registrations, labeling, and documentation. Working closely with R&D, Product Development, Marketing, and external partners, this role ensures that data, dossiers, and submissions are accurate, on time, and audit‑ready—mitigating risk and enabling Kayali’s growth across international markets.

• Support compliance activities across international markets; help interpret and apply relevant requirements under the guidance of the Regulatory Manager.
• Coordinate ingredient screening, product registrations, and notifications; maintain trackers and prepare submission packages.
• Assist with labeling and claims reviews to ensure alignment with country requirements; upscale exceptions promptly.
