Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Job Description

The role operates as a career‑competent regulatory reporting analyst within the CFO function, with a solid understanding of prudential regulation and reporting processes, and primary accountability for the accurate and timely completion of assigned Swiss and international regulatory returns (e.g. Capital Adequacy, LCR, NSFR, statistical reports).

The role works independently across the full reporting cycle for its scope, seeking guidance from more senior colleagues on complex or ambiguous issues, and adapts existing methods to non‑standard situations to maintain data quality and compliance. It interacts frequently with colleagues in Accounting, Risk, Treasury, Front Office, IT and upstream data providers to clarify requirements, resolve data issues and explain regulatory impacts on their activities, enhancing relationships and building trust.
