Regulatory Support Officer

Responsibilities

Auckland Council’s Regulatory Services division is looking for a motivated permanent full time Regulatory Support Officer. You will play a vital part in providing process support to the Regulatory Engineering Consent team. Through attention to detail and accuracy, you will be conveying and collating information in relation to the lodging – receipt, recording, and issuing of Engineering consents, and associated financial transactions. As well as offering administrative support to Engineers and specialists.

Your adherence to business rules and processes is essential. To ensure our systems are accurate and well-maintained, attention to detail will be vital. This will support the smooth processing of consent applications, financial processes, management of stakeholders, and responses to customer enquiries.
