Rehabilitation Consultant - Reg Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor

We are currently seeking passionate Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling professionals to join the IPAR team at Parramatta NSW. This role offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of our experienced, multidisciplinary team.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at IPAR, you will have exposure to a wide range of schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans’ Affairs and employer‑funded programs. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a variety of physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. No two days are the same and your work will make a meaningful difference.
