Rehabilitation Counsellor – Greater Fredericton & Upper River Valley regions (full‑time, work‑from‑home option, travel required). The role involves working with adults and seniors with mobility disabilities in York, Sunbury, Carleton, and Victoria counties. The counsellor meets with clients at home, in hospital, or at the rehabilitation centre, acting as counsellor, planner, navigator, and facilitator to empower independence and community participation. Responsibilities
Meet with clients at home, in hospital, or at the rehabilitation centre to assess needs and goals. Develop action plans, identify solutions, and mobilise supports and services.
