As a Rehabilitation Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:- Partner with the senior management to develop and execute operational, tactical, and strategic plans.
Assist in shaping the client experience for the clients and drive innovation by ensuring effective utilisation of budgets and resources.
Oversees operations, develop and implement policies for the Rehabilitation team.
Oversee manpower planning and management for the Rehabilitation team by supporting in recruitment, selection, development and retention of the staff.
Develop and market daycare and rehabilitation services/programmes, including centre-based and home-based services, in line with business growth objectives.
