Rehabilitation Worker - (FT) - Timmins, ON

We are currently looking to fill one new opportunity for a Full‑Time Rehabilitation Worker in our Post Stroke Transitional Care Program in Timmins, ON.

Starting wage: $23.35 per hour. This compensation includes a $3.00 per hour wage enhancement from the Ontario government for hours spent directly supporting clients. The wage enhancement does not apply to training and paid leave.

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized support services plans within the home and/or community for adults with a stroke.
• Provide services on a flexible basis during weekday business hours.
• Reporting responsibilities including daily log note recording, develop service plans, and verbal reports as required.
• Participate in training as required.
• Follow policies and procedures as required.
