Job Description This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‐service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position accurately and efficiently processes cash transactions and conducts deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities. Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
