A major bank is looking for a highly-driven and customer-centric Relationship Managers to join their expanding retail banking segment in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing and growing a portfolio of affluent and mass-market clients by delivering tailored banking and wealth solutions aligned to customers' financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and deepen relationships with customers through proactive engagement and regular financial reviews
- Grow assets under management (AUM), deposits, and revenue contribution through effective portfolio management
- Proactively promote and cross-sell retail banking products to these customers
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with MAS regulations and internal compliance standards
