Job Description

• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through effective account servicing and client engagement.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing client enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Process client instructions and monitor client accounts in accordance with Private Banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct business analysis and feasibility assessments to identify product opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
• Prepare business forecasts, performance tracking, and management information to support planning and decision-making.
• Perform Management Information System (MIS) reporting, data management, and management reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business data.
