Relationship Officer - Ubank (UAE Nationals only) Location - Dubai Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of uBank services by managing customer interactions, executing transactions and promoting banking solutions in order to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
- Execute banking transactions and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross sell, upsell and retention in order to contribute to the improvement of market and customer share of wallet with the Bank.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure risk mitigation and operational integrity.
- Identify and resolve customer issues or to relevant teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
