About the Role
The Relationship Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality client support to Institutional and Business Banking (IBB) customers while planning and delivering client solutions across the full range of IBB products. The specialist acts as a key contact point for clients, helping them across a broad range of banking services and supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing client relationships. Client interactions are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with Westpac’s service standards.
