Release Train Engineer

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Release Train Engineer for their Chicago, IL/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Monitor the overall health of releases across multiple teams.

+ Understand Cash & Liquidity strategic priorities and guide planning efforts to ensure aligned delivery.

+ Manage project risks, issues, and escalate appropriately when needed.

+ Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and timelines.

+ Collaborate closely with teams to build product backlogs, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.

+ Organize and facilitate all core Agile ceremonies including:

+ Project planning

+ Daily stand-ups

+ Reviews & retrospectives

+ Sprint & release planning

+ Demos

+ Provide servant leadership to Scrum Teams, leading by example.
