As Reliability Technician on the Starlink Aviation team, you'll execute on testing, root cause following playbooks, and returns processing for the Starlink Aviation program. You’ll play a key role in delivering the test and root cause outcomes to enable a reliable product for the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Execute thermal, humidity, salt fog, vibration, pressure testing.
+ Execute on processing returns from fleet failures to identify the root cause.
+ Identify process improvements and efficiencies to continuously improve the lab and returns operations.
+ Partner with hardware reliability engineering to root cause novel failures.
