Functions:

PORTER:

Perform
routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned common areas within and around
property, including mopping/striping/waxing floors, cleaning

DOORMAN/CONCIERGE:

•
Open entry door for all persons entering/exiting the building and assist with
luggage, bags, packages, etc., when necessary.

Meet, greet and direct residents and guests.

•
Verify all visitors, guests, contractors, and deliveries for admittance into
the building.
