REMOTE Asset Manager, Vylla

The Asset Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of a portfolio of real estate owned (REO) properties, analyzing broker price opinions, appraisals, market data, agent feedback, and related real estate information to determine listing prices; repairs needed; and sell properties. Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and all US state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
**What you’ll do:**
+ Manages foreclosed assets; maintains and lists REO properties; negotiates offers with buyer; and liquidates assets to maximize profits and reduce loss severity.
