Overview
ModSquad is partnering with a leading global music streaming platform and seeks friendly, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join our all-remote team. Candidates must be fluent in both Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in Portuguese and English.
- Complete orientation hours (40 hrs/week across 8 weeks): 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM; 4 weeks, self-scheduled during production hours.
- Work available production hours 24/7 Pacific Time, prioritizing coverage from 3 PM onwards.
- Commit to 25 hrs/week, including at least 12 hrs on the weekend, for up to 180 days as needed.
