Remote Bioinformatician - Cloud & Biomarker Analysis

Exalto Consulting is seeking a Contract Bioinformatician for a 100% remote position. This role, initially for 3 months, may extend due to increased workload. Candidates need strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis, and experience with cloud computing platforms like Amazon AWS.

Additionally, familiarity with the Illumina Dragen Platform and agentic AI frameworks is desirable. This role requires excellent analytical skills in accuracy and reproducibility analysis of biomarkers.
